Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may take between 7–20 business days.
Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
